David W David W. Kendall served the Great Plains Conference as superintendent from 1999-2005, after pastoring local congregations for 15 years in Kansas and Southern Michigan. David was consecrated as a bishop of the FMCNA on May 26th, 2005.
 

His passion for ministry centers on two primary calls — first, to communicate the Scriptures as God's Word in faithful and relevant ways to our world today and second, to assist God's people to truly be the church in the 21st century.
 

David's partner in life and ministry is Lavone. David and Lavone are parents to three daughters and two son-in-laws — Rachel; Katrina and Juan Cordova; and Charis and Jeremy Pastor. The Kendalls live in Greenville, IL.
