From
time to time we'll use the Free Methodist Church web site to feature some
of the best resources that are being produced by local Free Methodist
churches across the country from Alpena
to Zanesville!
If your church is using your own creative solutions for ministry that
other churches might find helpful, you could be next!
This
week we feature "Janette's
Passport to the World," a compilation of all the "P's and
Q's" you'll need to know when taking a medical missions trip. (Many
links will also be helpful for non-medical missions trips.)
Janette Buhl
is a nurse and part of the First Free Methodist Church of Grand Rapids,
MI. She plays an active part in the church's web site (www.life-stream.org)
with her section of helpful links to web sites that give directions to
short-term missionaries-to-be on everything from tropical diseases
to traveling with diabetes to obtaining IRS forms for mission
fundraising to travel agencies that specialize in international
travel with a missions emphasis. These are just a few of the well-planned
links you'll find in Janette's Passport to the World.
Ms.
Buhl has covered her bases and yours too, so check out this wonderful
section of Grand Rapid's First Free Methodist's web site.

is maintained by Associate Pastor Jim Elzerman. If you're interested in
