The
Bishops' Famine and Relief Fund (BFRF) recently sent $15,000 to the newly
established Free Methodist health center in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The Ethiopia Health Center used $5,000 to stock the pharmacy
with medications, $5,000 to provide infant nutrition supplies and $5,000
will be used for HIV/AIDS home care program.
The
BFRF pools donations from individuals and local churches so that funds
can be immediately disbursed in times of crisis. There is no overhead
for running the Fund, so 100 percent of your donations are sent to people
who desparately need them. [Click
