WHY IS SERVING ON THE B.O.A. A MEANINGFUL MINISTRY FOR YOU?
I share the concern of many colleagues that the Free Methodist Church be used of God to have an impact in the lives of the lost. We must look for new ways to take the Gospel to this culture. At the same time, I am very concerned that we remain true to God's calling for the Free Methodist Church-a unique calling within Christendom-and I believe that service upon the BOA has at least the potential for positive expression of my concerns.

WHY IS SERVING ON THE B.O.A. A MEANINGFUL MINISTRY FOR YOU?
Serving on the past Board of Administration was a real blessing to me. Working with our Bishops, Ministry Leaders and individual church leaders has taught me the benefits of being part of a connectional system. With the insights I have gained from this experience, I have been able to share the desired outcomes of our leaders to my conference and my local church. By doing this I hope that I am building a better understanding of and support for the General Church Leadership and their desire to build a stronger Biblical community that is the Free Methodist Church of North America.
