Search for the Free Methodist Soul II March 14-15: Registration Open Now
"Come and be part of an historic probe into the global soul of the Free Methodist Church for the new century," invites Bishop Emeritus Gerald Bates, moderator of the second annual symposium: Search for the Free Methodist Soul II a Global Conversation. "Participation is open to all who love the Free Methodist Church and want to engage in this exciting odyssey." Set for March 14-15 (12:30 p.m. Monday - noon Tuesday) at West Morris Street Free Methodist Church in Indianapolis, IN, this year's symposium will continue and expand the conversations begun at last year's gathering. It will again include small-group discussions, informal conversations and times of praise and worship.
Featured speakers will include Free Methodist Bishop Jose Ildo Swartele de Mello of Brazil (1), Executive Director Polly Ho of the Asia Pacific Free Methodist Missions Association (2), and Pastor Mark Van Valin of Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church (MI) (3). Registrations are being taken right now. The cost is $35 ($30 if received prior to February 14) and includes dinner on Monday and a continental breakfast Tuesday morning.
