Over the past few issues, Light & Life has placed in the spotlight

and passion of the One More Soul initiative sweeping the Free Methodist
Church of North America. In this issue we decided to use the pending departure
of Bishop Les Krober and the election of Bishop-Elect David Kendall to
call attention to the vital role of the office of bishop in relation to
