Tamara and Dan have conducted home education seminars for the community and regional support groups as far away as Hilton Head, S.C., as well as helping lead their county's home school support group for several years. Tamara has privately tutored many subjects including music and is currently home-teaching her neice through high school as well as editing their church's homeschool support group's six-page newsletter for the three years. Dan works in the space industry at Cape Canaveral. Tamara is a learning "junkie" and a habitual, voracious reader; enjoys landscape gardening, all manner of music and art, and would love to travel to Scotland and Switzerland, the land of her Reformed ancestors.
