As a denomination, the Free Methodist Church is encouraging us to become an Apostolic Movement. Aside from being Senior Pastor at Gananda Ministry Center, Dr. Rus is also called to "equip the saints for ministry" focusing on building up and training leaders through the Ephesians 4:11-13 model. With this in mind he is currently in relationship with three church plants through Apostolic relationships. All three of these churches look to Dr. Rus for leadership, encouragement, and training.

Dr. Rus is also fostering healthy relationships crossing many different streams throughout the body of Christ. Ways in which he does this:

  1. Praying with area Pastors not only inside, but also outside denominational lines
  2. Teaching on the Apostolic and Prophetic in different churches in the Greater Rochester Area and other States
