As a published author for LifeWay Christian Resources, the church training and leadership development director at her home church, the discipleship director at the East Bay Baptist Association (EBBA) of Northern California, and a conference speaker (all in the last four years), Margaret serves the Lord out of her passion in discipleship and her spiritual gift of teaching.

Additional relevant qualifications and credentials in speaking and writing include: three years as a regular member and weekly speaker at Toastmasters International. She is currently participating in one club and mentoring another.

As the current church training director at her home church, she holds leadership training for ministry chairpersons, coordinates Bible studies, and teaches weekly lessons.

As the current discipleship director at EBBA, she organizes and conducts workshops at Sunday school/discipleship conferences, and serves 110 churches and missions.
