My husband, Doug, and I live out in the country in a big, old house that needs repairs. He’s a computer programmer with an upstairs office. I’m almost finished home schooling the last two of our five kids. We share the house with three cats and a kitten who acts like a puppy.
Additional Information:

On the academic side, I’m discovering how much I love languages. I’m a Greek TA and tutor at the seminary, and I teach Latin at our home school co-op. With my French, German, Dutch and (soon) Hebrew, I’m a good resource for students and professors, and hope eventually to do some academic work of my own.

Working in the library means that I’m also available just to talk. As the prayer coordinator for the women’s ministry, I use skills learned as “Mom” and apply them in this different environment. Information moves both ways, though, since I’m also incorporating seminary skills in my adult Sunday school class.
