Donna Rice Hughes: 'Enough Is Enough!'
Matt Schnepf

(The following is a continuation of Matt Schnepf's interview with Donna Rice Hughes, which appears in the January/February 2004 issue of Light & Life magazine. The president and CEO of Enough Is Enough, Rice Hughes champions the fight against illegal pornography and sexual predators on the Internet.)

"The church has become complacent in a lot of ways, oftentimes not dealing with the issues inside the body," Donna Rice Hughes states. That's why many people suffer silently inside the church with problems like pornography addiction, she notes, stressing that we must address these issues so believers can find healing. Enough Is Enough is doing its part, and you can, too.

The Solution
Enough Is Enough's three-pronged preventative approach to creating and sustaining a safe, entertaining and informative Internet environment involves: 1) raising awareness; 2) encouraging the technology industry to implement viable technological solutions and family-friendly corporate policy; 3) promoting legal solutions by calling for aggressive enforcement of existing laws and enactment of new laws.
