Welcome to 24/7/365 in 2005!

I am inviting 168 Free Methodists to sign up for an hour a week to pray for both my ministry and that of our Free Methodist Churches across our western area, and beyond.  Every month, as a 24/7/365 in 2005 prayer partner, you will receive a prayer update from my office listing the answers to prayer that we celebrate as well as the prayer requests where we desperately need God.

We are facing needs beyond our resources, hurts beyond our reach, and forces beyond our might. We are facing opportunities so exciting that they keep us awake at night dreaming of the possibilities. Like a runner desperately gasping for each breath in the final miles of a marathon, we long for the fresh wind of the Spirit. Like a parched desert wanderer taking a long sought sip from a cool spring, we long for the Living Water flowing like a river across the spiritually dry ground of our world.

What will unleash a fresh wind of the Spirit? What will bring an outpouring of Living Water? What will cause the glory of the Lord to cover the earth like waters cover the seas? Prayer – your heart and mine joined together desperately, expectantly, joyfully seeking the Lord, listening for His voice and responding with holy abandon.
